The A/C worked perfectly and cold. The room was nice and clean. There is a working elevator. I didn't need it but they offered snacks and other items for purchase in the hotel. The hotel offers breakfast each day included with reservation or separate pay. Location was excellent just on the conde and close to grocery store and restaurants. Parking is limited on the street and it's first come first serve so I recommended to taxi. The TV worked in the room and Wi-Fi was great and dependable. Staff was great and friendly at each interaction. English is spoken if needed. Will definitely stay again.

Our company use this accommodation for our representatives when they work in Santo Domingo City. It has resulted very strategically for their movements into the city, they feel secure, and comfortable.

The property was in an excellent location since it was centrally located and near historical sites, stores, restaurants, bars, clubs and etc. The staff was exceptionally personable and professional. The hotel was very clean and staff was always cleaning public areas. I also like the breakfast buffet which although it didn’t have a lot of choices it was very exceptable and the food was very fresh.

I stayed only two night but i could do everything I wanted to do because of the location of the hotel. You can do all the monuments and museums by walk. No need for transport. Also you have a supermarket nearby and a lot of restaurant options and all kind of shops. Its true that the room is small but it is perfect for someone who is going to spend most of the time outside and come back just to sleep. Very clean place. Good Value for money. I dont want to forget to mention FRANCIS who was extremely helpful and very kind. Thank you!! I will definitely come back !!!

The breakfast was very good with a lot of fruits, yogurt, eggs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat & clean. Air conditioning was very good.

- Location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the Colonial Zona; - Staff is very friendly; - Bed is comfortable; - Breakfast is nice. Just good value for money and can recommend it to everyone traveling to Santo Domingo.
